JC Penney HR managers worked with Fandango Rewards to recognize customers with movie tickets and a Papa Johns gift card. Throughout the year, managers at their discretion can hand out these cards to employees toward recognition for their work above and beyond their responsibilities. Once employees received a Fandango Reward code, they can log onto a customized JC Penney employee website with their code for their choice of Fandango Movie Tickets or a Papa Johns gift card. Employees that received 2 cards can redeem for both movie tickets and pizza card to make it a special dinner and a movie package. The program is now in its second year as an employee rewards program.
